How to reactivate your subscription

  1. Log in to your existing account

  2. Tap on your user icon, or initial, in the top right corner

  3. Tap ā€˜Reactivate’

  4. Select preferred plan (monthly, semesterly, or yearly)

  5. Add your details again

  6. Tap ā€˜Reactivate plan’

Will all of my saved work still be there?

All past work (i.e. ā€œWant to readā€ or ā€œBookshelvesā€) will remain the same as before cancelling your account.

When will I be charged?

On the day you reactivate your subscription.

Can I change my payment method when reactivating?

Yes! However if you’re having trouble updating your payment method or want to change your plan type, please email the support team at [email protected] and we’ll get you set up.

What if my account reactivated unexpectedly?

It may have been that you paused your subscription instead of cancelling it. Contact us directly at [email protected] and we can help look into this for you.

My organisation-provided subscription is ending. How do I keep all of the saved progress on my account?

To transition from an organisation-provided account to a personal subscription under your existing account, follow these steps:

  1. Wait for your organisation-provided subscription to end.

    1. It will automatically expire when the free period ends, with no action required as no payment details are collected during the college partnership.

  2. Use your existing login credentials to ensure all your books, notes, and personalised settings are retained.

  3. Begin a personal subscription by clicking on a book you accessed previously. From there you'll be prompted to 'Reactivate' your subscription.

  4. Choose your preferred plan type and follow the prompts to complete payment.

    Note: if your account is under a student email you may want to consider updating it to a personal address for long-term accessibility.

What do I do if I have a discount that’s not working?
