Steps to update your email address

  1. Type your preferred email address in the text field under Email

  2. Tap Save changes

Once updated you'll see green text appear saying, 'Your details have been successfully updated.'

Additionally, Perlego may send a verification email to confirm the change, which you'll need to acknowledge to complete the process.


Verify the email address linked to your subscription

To confirm the email linked to your Perlego subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Check existing account information: log in and verify the email displayed in your account settings.

  2. Attempt subscription cancellation: if attempting to cancel shows no active subscription under your email, double-check the email entered or try alternative ones you might have used.

  3. Verify through payment card association: if your payment card relates to a different email, Perlego will notify you; ensure the email belongs to you.


Handle unrecognised or unauthorised email issues

If you suspect unauthorised use of your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Immediately contact Perlego Support.

  2. Provide payment or account information to help verify unauthorised use.

  3. Plan with Perlego to secure your account and reassign the subscription to your rightful email.
