Invoices and receipts

You can receive a receipt and PDF invoice automatically after every payment — just turn on the toggle in your account settings. You can also download past invoices and receipts directly from your account at any time.

💡 Good to know: the Email invoices toggle covers future payments only. To download an invoice for a past payment, see Past invoices below.

How to turn on automatic invoice emails

  1. Log in to Perlego on the website (not available in the app).

  2. Scroll down to Payment history.

  3. Under Email invoices, toggle the switch on.

After each successful payment, you'll receive an email with your invoice PDF attached. The email also includes a link to view and download your receipt.


How it works

Once the toggle is on, your invoice is sent automatically to the email address shown next to the toggle in your settings. If you'd like invoices sent to a different address, update your email in Settings > Account first, then return to toggle the feature on.


Turning it off

Go to Settings > Subscription > Payment history and toggle Email invoices off. You'll stop receiving automated invoice emails from your next payment onwards.


Past invoices

You can download past invoices and receipts directly from your account. Go to Settings > Subscription > Payment history and click the button next to the payment you need — this opens a Stripe page with a full payment breakdown and download links for both your invoice and receipt.


Troubleshooting

I turned the toggle on but haven't received an invoice.

Check that the email shown next to the toggle is correct and accessible. It's also worth checking your spam or junk folder. If the invoice still hasn't arrived after your next payment date, contact our support team and we'll investigate.

I can't find the Email invoices toggle.

This feature is only available on the Perlego website — not in the iOS or Android app. Make sure you're logged in at perlego.com and go to Settings > Subscription.

I need an invoice that includes my company details.

Company details on invoices aren't available yet, but it's something we're working on. Contact our support team in the meantime and we'll do our best to help.
