Please note: past invoices cannot be modified once they have been issued. Changes will only apply to invoices generated after the update.
Steps to update your billing details
1. Go to Settings. Log in to your Perlego account and navigate to Settings.
2. Open the Subscription tab. At the top of the Settings page, select the Subscription tab.
3. Edit your card details. Scroll down to the Card details section and click Edit.
4. Update your billing information. On the Update your payment details page, scroll down to the Billing information section and enter your details:
Full name
Country or region
Address
5. Save your changes. Click Update to confirm your changes.
Once completed, all future invoices will automatically include your updated billing information.
How to receive your invoices
You can receive a PDF invoice automatically after every payment by turning on the toggle in your account settings. This is only available on the Perlego website — not in the iOS or Android app.
💡 Good to know: The toggle covers future payments only. For invoices from past payments, contact us via live chat or email [email protected]
Log in to Perlego on the website.
Go to Settings > Subscription.
Scroll down to Payment history.
Under Email invoices, toggle the switch on.
Invoices will be sent to the email address shown next to the toggle. To use a different address, update your email in Settings > Account first, then return to enable the toggle. Learn more about invoices and receipts.
Frequently asked questions
Can I update past invoices after changing my billing details?
No. Changes to billing details only apply to invoices generated after the update. It is not possible to retroactively modify previously issued invoices.
Will VAT be applied to my invoice?
This depends on your location. For customers based in the UK, Perlego's product is zero-rated for VAT, so no VAT will be applied. For customers outside the US, Canada, and UK, applicable VAT or equivalent indirect tax (such as GST or IVA) may be applied in line with local rules. No taxes are currently applied for customers based in the US or Canada.
