Find your billing date
Sign in to your account on the website and go to the Subscription page in your settings to view your subscription plan and billing history. Your billing date corresponds to the day you began your Perlego subscription.
Your billing date may be one day earlier due to time zone differences.
If the day of your billing date does not occur in every month (for example, the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead.
If you pay for Perlego through a third party, your Perlego billing date may vary from your provider's billing date.
Your billing date resets anytime changes to your billing cycle or plan type are actioned at your request, but this will always be followed up and confirmed in an email.
Change your billing date
To change your billing date, you’ll need to cancel your account then restart it on the date you want to be billed on.
If you cancel within your current billing period, you can continue reading on Perlego until your billing period ends. Then you can restart your account on the date you want to be billed on.
Update payment or billing information
Go to the Subscription tab in your account settings on the website
Scroll down to ‘Payment method’ and tap 'Edit' to change your card details.
Select 'Save'.
