Notes about cancelling

If you haven't received an email from us, please reach out to our Customer Support Team and they'll be happy to confirm if your subscription has been cancelled.
Will NOT be charged after cancelling your subscription
Will still have access to your library until the end of your paid billing cycle, so you don't miss out on the time you already paid for
For example, if your payment is due on the 13th of each month and you cancel on January 14th, you will still have access to your subscription until February. 12th

We recommend cancelling your subscription before your next payment to avoid any unwanted charges.
Payments will automatically be taken at the start of each billing cycle until your subscription is cancelled.

Access to my Notes, Highlights, and Workspaces
Sign back in on a browser anytime to access your Library, save books, add to Workspaces, and reactivate your subscription. While cancelled you will not be able to continue reading any book on Perlego.
Once you reactivate, your saved notes, highlights and so forth will all be there as you left them 📚🔏
To reactivate your subscription, all you need to do is log into your account, click reactivate in your settings and confirm your payment details.
No option to cancel?
This is either because you are on the app or your account is being freely provided by a university or institution.
If you are on the app, you will need to log in to Perlego on a browser and follow the instructions at the beginning of this article.
You can still cancel from your mobile browser, just not the Perlego app itself.
🏛️ University or Institution-Provided Subscription
If your account is provided by a university or institution, there is no option to cancel. Your access will automatically expire after a year (unless stated otherwise).
However, if you'd like for your subscription to be cancelled right away, please reach out to the organisation that created your account and let them know you'd like to revoke your access.
🗑️ Delete Account
After you've cancelled your subscription, you can delete your account from your settings.
Once your account has been deleted you won't be able to reactivate your account but you can subscribe to Perlego again.
