How to pause your subscription
Go to Subscription in your account settings: https://perlego.com/settings/subscription
Tap Manage
Select Pause subscription.
Review the pause details (including the end date) and select Pause and keep my price to confirm.
You’ll also see the pause date on the payment page after you confirm.
What happens when I pause?
Your pause starts at the end of your current billing period.
You won’t be charged while your subscription is paused.
Your account data (including saved books, notes, and highlights) stays safe and will be there when you return.
We’ll email you 3 days before your subscription is due to reactivate. From that email, you can choose to:
extend your pause, or
cancel instead of resuming.
What happens when my subscription resumes?
When your pause ends, your membership automatically continues to renew unless you cancel or extend your pause.
FAQ
Why don’t I see the option to pause my subscription?
Pausing may not be available depending on your subscription type or payment method.
If you don’t see Pause subscription in your subscription settings, you won’t be able to pause your subscription.
I didn’t get the reactivation email — what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder.
Confirm the email address on your account is correct.
