Moving to a personal account
You can keep all your saved notes, reading lists, and other data by moving from an institutional to a personal account. Once your license has been revoked or has ended, simply log in to your existing account, choose a plan, and subscribe on your own to continue accessing your library.
For long-term access, we highly recommend updating your email address to a personal one in your account settings.
Important: If you use Single Sign-On (SSO) to access your account, your personal details may be locked. You'll need to ask your organisation's administrator to deactivate your SSO before you can update any of your details.
Having trouble?
If you have trouble logging in, try these steps:
Refresh or log in again: first, try refreshing the Perlego page or logging out and logging back in.
Check your email: make sure you're using the email address linked to your Perlego subscription. If you recently updated your email, check that the change has been completed.
Check your subscription status: confirm your subscription is active and not expired. If it has expired, follow the instructions in this article to resubscribe.
