We’re sorry to see you go, but if you want to end your subscription you just need to follow the below steps:
1. Click on the blue profile on the top-right corner
2. Select 'Settings' from the drop-down
3. Click on the 'Account' tab just like in the image below
4. Click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button
Once you've completed your cancellation you'll receive an email from us to confirm. If you don't receive an email from us, please reach out to our Support Team and they'll be happy to confirm if your subscription has been cancelled.
Your subscription will then come to an end the day before your next payment is due to make sure you get the most of your full free trial or paid period. If you'd like to cancel your subscription immediately, please reach out to our support team.
We always recommend cancelling your subscription before your next payment to avoid any unwanted charges. Payments will automatically be taken until your subscription is cancelled.
Can I get a refund?
Provided you are within our refund policy we're happy to offer a refund.

How can I cancel a subscription set up through my university or an institution?
As accounts thought partners, universities and institutions are set up a little differently, there is no option to cancel but please reach out to the organisation that created your account and let them know you'd like to revoke your access.
