We’re sorry to see you go, but if you want to end your subscription you just need to follow the below steps:

1. Click on the blue circle on the top-right corner

2. Select 'Settings' from the drop-down
2. Click on the 'Account' tab just like in the image below
3. Click on the blue 'Cancel Subscription' button

4. Complete the cancellation steps through to completion (this is so we can see where we might need to improve!)

Once you've completed your cancellation you'll receive an email from us to confirm. If you don't receive an email from us, please reach out to our Support Team and they'll be happy to confirm if your subscription has been cancelled.

If you're seeing an error message to contact support to cancel, please send us an email to [email protected] and our Customer Support Team will be happy to help.


How can I cancel a subscription set up through my university or an institution?


As accounts thought partners, universities and institutions are set up a little differently, there is no option to cancel but please reach out to the organisation that created your account and let them know you'd like to revoke your access.
