Note:
Account deletion is a permanent action and cannot be reversed once completed. Make sure you are certain before proceeding.
You will lose all of your saved account data, and this will not be recoverable.
If you have an active subscription, you must first cancel your subscription and allow any remaining time to expire before you can delete your account.
How to delete your account 🗑️
Firstly, if you have an active subscription, you must first cancel your subscription and allow any remaining time to expire before you can delete your account. From there:
Go to your Settings (on a browser, not the app)
Scroll down to the bottom of the page
Select Delete account
Once your account has been deleted, it cannot be reactivated. However, you can subscribe to Perlego again, if you'd like.
