Logging into Perlego with a one-time passcode (OTP)

A guide for logging into Perlego account using an OTP. Access the library securely via campus bookstore.

Logging in step-by-step

Step 1: Navigate to the Perlego Login Page

Go to the Perlego login page on the website (https://www.perlego.com/login) or open the mobile app and tap ‘Login’ to continue.


Step 2: Enter your email address

Enter the email address associated with your Perlego account. If you don’t know it, try your student email address.

*Note: Please double-check that the email address is correct to avoid issues.


Step 3: Request a one-time passcode

After entering your email address, Perlego will send a one-time passcode to your email address.


Step 4: Retrieve a one-time passcode from your email

Open your email inbox in a new tab or window. Check your inbox for an email from Perlego. Find the one-time passcode within the email. It will likely be a string of numbers or letters.

If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder.


Step 6: Enter one-time passcode on Perlego

Return to the Perlego login page where you requested the passcode. Enter the one-time passcode you received in your email into the provided field. Tap "Log In".


Step 7: Access your library

If the one-time passcode is correct, you will be logged in to your Perlego account.

You can now access your books and resources 🎉


Troubleshooting

  • Passcode not received: If you do not receive the passcode email, double-check your email address for typos and check your spam/junk folder. You can also try requesting the passcode again.

  • Passcode expired: One-time passcodes usually have a limited validity period. If your passcode has expired, request a new one.
