How to change billing cycle

Learn how to change between monthly, semesterly, and yearly billing cycles anytime.

Step by step

  1. Go to the Subscription tab in your account settings on the website (Note: this setting is not accessible from the app)

  2. Tap the dropdown next to Manage

  3. Select Change billing cycle

  4. Choose your preferred billing frequency (monthly, semesterly, or yearly)

  5. Select Change billing cycle to confirm


What happens next?

Active subscriptions

You’ll be taken back to your account settings and a message at the top of the page will appear confirming that we’ve received your request and will get that sorted for you in the next 48 hours.

Changing to a longer-term plan: we will deduct the remaining balance of your last payment from the total so you are not overcharged.

Changing to a shorter-term plan: we will deduct the remaining balance of your last payment from the total and if there is any balance leftover, we will apply it as credit to be deducted from future payments until it zeroes out.

Reactivating

Your new plan will begin right away.

Once processed, we'll send you an email to confirm the details of your new plan 🎉
