How to switch plans

Switch between Essential and Complete plans anytime.

How to switch plans

  1. Go to the Subscription tab in your account settings on the website (Note: this setting is not accessible from the app)

  2. Tap the dropdown next to Manage

  3. Select Switch plan

  4. Choose your preferred plan (Complete or Essential)

  5. Select Confirm switch to confirm

How Billing is Managed

Essential → Complete

Access to the Complete plan is immediate.

Any remainder from your last payment is deducted from the new total so you won't be overcharged.

Complete → Essential

Takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain Complete access until then.

No immediate charge. Charged at the start of your next billing cycle.


No option to change plans?

This either means your plan is associated with a partner or you are on a legacy account.

Legacy Subscribers

If your subscription was created before November 2025 and is still active, you are considered a legacy subscriber and are on our older access model.

This means you will not see the standard option to switch between Essential or Complete plans directly through your account settings, but you’ll still see the option to change billing cycles.

  • Would you like to be switched over to the Essential or Complete plan? To do so you will need to cancel your subscription. You’ll keep access until your current billing cycle ends. After that, select your new chosen plan to reactivate.

Partnered Subscribers

To switch, you first need to ask an admin to revoke your current access. If you’re not sure who to ask, email customer support at [email protected]
