Sometimes, our Customer Support Team might ask you for your device and/or app specifications to help us identify any issues and better help you.
Here are the steps you need to do that!
Android
Tap General.
Tap About. It will show the device info, including the device name.
To find Perlego App Version
Open Perlego App.
Select Profile icon.
Scroll to bottom. It will say App version.
iPhone
Press the Menu button multiple times until the main menu appears.
Scroll to and select Settings > About.
The software version of your device should appear on this screen.
To find Perlego App Version
Open Perlego App.
Select Profile icon.
Scroll to bottom. It will say App version.
Mac
Choose Apple menu > About This Mac.
Click Overview.
Send us Model Name & Version.
E.g. 'macOS Monterey Version 12.5.1'
Windows
Click on the Windows Start button.
Then click on Settings (⚙️ the gear icon).
In the Settings menu, click on System.
Scroll down and click on About.
Send us OS Name, Version, Manufacturer, and Model.
E.g. 'Microsoft Windows 11 Home 10.0.22598 Build 22598 Lenovo 81CT'
