We support some browsers to a better extent than others, so you might experience some hiccups if you're using an older/less used browser

We're constantly working to keep Perlego as updated and smooth-running as possible, which means some of the less up to date browsers may have issues keeping up!

To make sure you have the best reader experience we can offer, we recommend using Perlego with either:

  • Google Chrome

  • Firefox

  • Safari

We no longer support Internet Explorer as a browser due to user issues (i.e not being able to open books, or having incorrect formatting appear on pages). You can use Microsoft Edge, but certain features (e.g highlights) have been disabled on that browser for the same reasons. 

If you're using an unsupported, or outdated browser you may experience some of the following issues:

  • Book won't load

  • Specific book pages won't load

  • No chapters available 

  • Text issues 

  • Keep seeing a blank screen

  • Title page won't show up

  • Book cover won't load

  • Certain features unavailable (e.g. can't scroll down)
