What our support team can help with ✅

Our team is happy to help you with things like:

  • Account & login support (including university/institution access issues)

  • Subscription, billing, refunds, and cancellations

  • Technical issues (books not loading, error messages, downloads failing, app performance)

  • Book availability questions (e.g., unavailable in your region, no longer available, requesting a title)

  • Accessibility support and feedback


What our support team cannot help with 🚫

To set expectations, there are some things we can’t do — usually due to platform limitations, publisher rights, or copyright rules:

  • Academic tutoring (e.g., answering questions from a textbook, completing assignments, or verifying citations for you)

  • Changing publisher rights restrictions (e.g., making a region-restricted title available immediately)

  • Exporting Perlego books to other formats/devices, or providing downloadable files outside the app

  • Changing copy limits (copying is limited to 10% per book, and we can’t reset or override this)
